Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating a Lull account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Lull.
2. Age requirement
You must be 13 or older to use Lull. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. One account per subscriber
Each Lull subscription is for one individual user only. Accounts may not be shared between multiple people. Sharing an account undermines the AI profile integrity, safety monitoring, and everything Lull is designed to do. Accounts found to be shared may be suspended without refund.
4. Relationship Mode
Relationship Mode links two separate subscriber accounts. Each linked account remains independent, private, and subject to these Terms individually. Neither user may access the other's journal content through Relationship Mode or any other means.
5. Provider Link
Provider Link is a user-initiated feature. You grant and revoke provider access at your discretion. Providers access only what your subscription tier permits. Lull is not responsible for how providers use information visible through Provider Link.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Lull to harass, harm, or threaten others. You may not attempt to access other users' accounts or data. You may not use Lull for any unlawful purpose.
7. No medical advice
Lull is a journaling and self-reflection tool. It is not a medical device, mental health treatment, or substitute for professional care. Lull does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis, contact 988 (call or text) or your local emergency services.
8. Your content
You own your journal entries and Creative Outlet content. You grant Lull a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We do not sell your content. We do not use your content to train AI models.
9. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.
11. Limitation of liability
Lull is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhetoric Innovations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lull.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
